Instructions for Customization

1. We will contact you by email within 24 hours after your order (please ensure your email address is correct) to confirm the customization details.
2. Within 72 hours after we get in touch, we’ll send a rendering to confirm the customized layout and other details (stitches, colors, etc.). You can also contact us on Instagram @leatherchildstudio — please send your order number.
3. After you confirm the rendering layout and details, we’ll arrange production and keep you updated on the progress.
4. When the customized product is completed, we’ll email you to check the final product.
5. After you confirm there is no problem, we’ll ship your order and email the tracking number (also visible in PayPal).

PS: To avoid delaying the production period, please check your email within 72 hours after ordering (our emails may sometimes be in spam).
